Limitations:
1. You may not sublicense, lease, or distribute the Products to any third party.
2. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise tampering with the Products is strictly prohibited.
3. The Products are licensed, not sold, and remain the property of IIRAD.
Termination:
This EULA is effective until terminated. IIRAD reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the User breaches any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Products and destroy all copies of the Products in your possession.
Liability:
IIRAD will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products.
Modifications to the Agreement:
IIRAD reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any modifications will be posted on our Website. Continued use of the Products after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Governing Law:
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from this agreement shall be brought in the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

Delivery Timeline:
Digital Products are deliverd instantly via Email or Whatsapp. Depending upon the product opted the delivery timeline may differ: as in Hotel PMS delivery time is not more than 24 hours since an instance of the software needs to be deployed for each user.
As a small startup, IIRAD operates with a no refund policy for most services and products. However, in justified scenarios (such as incorrect billing, failure to provide the promised service, etc.), we may consider a refund at our discretion.
Requesting Refunds:
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances or in case the digital product isn't deliverd on the given timefram. contact our support team at info@idiotinnovators.com within 7 days of your purchase, providing details about the issue. Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
